Expectation, reality and results

 

Before I go forth, I want to remind us all that we are there to understand every situation of life and obviously to find its solution. So proceeding with today's dilemma. Dilemma was that when we don't get attention enough and also when we don't give attention enough and ultimately anger erupts inside. Is it good that our anger comes outside or bad? Considering a simple situation Let me put myself in situation, when I feel I'm not getting the respect enough and attention enough by the people. I feel down and my vibes definitely go down. Why does it happen and what should be the solution? So if we find the truth then truth is, it's very difficult to modify the people than modifying ourself. People will keep trying hurt you and they don't know they are hurting you. Solution is, instead of modification of the people modify the self, the self according to better perfection in the situation. It's good when inner change the outer but it's bad when outer changes the inner.
So, problem only becomes opportunity when we tend to understand this. To leave the dilemma of every situation let's remember a thing and that's truth and truth is, we all are not permanent there. The anger, zealous, are poisons that we drink and we expect some one else to die. Life doesn't work this way. Infected people live in every street and possibility to get infected is more than 90 percent. Osho says when Meditation comes in experience jealousy become care, Hate become love and craving becomes control. This is how Meditation becomes miracle. So by listening or by the act of others when you get disappointed, it's not just their fault, it's your fault too. Because it means we don't have complete control over our own emotions. So before treating the others let's treat our own self first. So sorry for shifting the topic- so topic was why we feel disappointed when we don't get our expectations fulfilled and why we feel deep joy when we get our expectations fulfilled. Let's elaborate the ways, so expectations are just like space which is blank and space get filled when the situations comes according to the expectations. When situation bye pass themselves from expectations they remains blank and ultimately disappears and leave a stroke over there. Finally they go away and you become strong for the next time, because healing of that stroke is going to make it mature. So there are two solutions to not to feel disappointed, one is that get expectations unfulfilled first then have the pain and maturity will be there after this pain. Another is understand the situation that why does it happen? How can we resolve or fix ourself so that we can be away from the situation instead of being in the life? Pain is going to be pleasure when meditation is going to touch your pain. Yes it's true. Just we are super unaware about the magic of meditation. So solution reflects itself in meditation. What is the meditation?
Super duper question that everyone should ask and no one ask, just because he or she doesn't want to show himself or herself illiterate. Because we all expect everyone else that everyone should respect you, should think that you are superior to anyone else. When people don't find it relevant and important, he or she feels the anger and instead of going with anger when we watch this anger this anger disappears because you were not you at that time. You're that anger. In other words energy can neither be created nor be destroyed but it can be transformed from one form to another. You are that energy my dear which was anger that time and anger disappears when you try to watch it, because anger becomes the watcher again. Similarly in book when we read the book we don't get enough interest and also the relevancy, reading a book only becomes the magic when reader is not there only book and reading is there. Now the study is going to be hit. Similarly as When I write my writing is not as effective when I am not there then the only writing is there. Now you need no knowledge just writing and magic goes it's way.
