Manifestation is something human calls to the reality which was imagination a time before. Means manifestation is the name given to the super transformation of energy by efforts. Not so clear! Let's go a little deeper and find the essence. So suppose you wanted to be a doctor in your childhood and you made a plan that in this time I'm going to accomplish this much task. Then time passed gradually and you accomplished the decisions what you've decided for. A day comes when you becomes a super duper doctor and you think about the past how you proceeded for this. So manifestation doesn't only take energy it also takes time, patience and perseverance. Similar is the concept of reality, we only say the things exists when we become able to feel them, sensually or physically. We only say or thinks about head when headache happens, otherwise head doesn't happens for us. Similarly mind or in hindi '' Mann'' is also an ailment which is the main cause between the existence and the imagination, when we read something and we have the Idea that I'm reading than actually you are not reading because when you will be there reading won't be there both can't exist simultaneously and you have to transform yourself into the reading itself. Similar is the case with every action and it's reaction.

Expectation, reality and results
Before I go forth, I want to remind us all that we are there to understand every situation of life and obviously to find its solution. So proceeding with today's dilemma. Dilemma was that when we don't get attention enough and also when we don't give attention enough and ultimately anger erupts inside. Is it good that our anger comes outside or bad? Considering a simple situation Let me put myself in situation, when I feel I'm not getting the respect enough and attention enough by the people. I feel down and my vibes definitely go down. Why does it happen and what should be the solution? So if we find the truth then truth is, it's very difficult to modify the people than modifying ourself. People will keep trying hurt you and they don't know they are hurting you. Solution is, instead of modification of the people modify the self, the self according to better perfection in the situation. It's good when inner change the outer but it's bad when outer changes the inner.

Procrastination and Optimality
Procrastination is when we left the work for the next day, there is nothing bad in leaving the work on next day, that is not included in procrastination, procrastination is when you could do the work on this day still you leave it for the next day, just because you're doing some stupid attracting thing. We tend to do that work first which provide us the fun and joy inside or in other words we don't call that action as work which gives us fund and a feeling of relaxation. It may also depend upon the results of the action.
So when we do anything, there are two reason and states behind it, lets move to states first because they are ultimate answers to the question that why we are doing that action, right now I am writing, my level of consciousness is greater than the ordinary and when I practice this state I get clear picture of the possibility. So we were at the states, first is conscious state and another is unconscious state. When we are conscious we know what is being happened and what should be happened. Ultimately there are two reasons why the thing is happening. First is by the reactions of surrounding actions another is by our own action. These two reasons are super connected with the two states, as when we are conscious we do what is required, we oppose the wrong happening. And inversely when we are unconscious things happen automatically and without being in our acceptance. We tend to do the wrong thing which gives us joy until we get suffering in this. Just like drug, people go on consuming them until they start attacking on the functioning of body. Suddenly they realise that they are consuming the sweet poison and they try to leave it, but now it's too late. Same is the case with us, we go on practicing bad habits until they start ruining our life, start giving pain. So pleasure is the pain ultimately and pain is the pleasure when we go on getting them. Optimal solutions to life doesn't only come when we are super conscious but they May also come when we consciously unconscious. It means there are many different layers of consciousness which layer should we have which time is again a challenge or it is also a layer of consciousness. Being conscious doesn't take much energy but it takes you completely, when you try to save a little you left or missed it.

Conflicts, Guilt and Trap of the Situations
Self Esteem is
Something super important in life or we are going to lose the essence and essence is the basic or most important quality. Peace lies inside but we always try to find it outside. In money, prestige, honor and in many worldly things. Actually we don't know what does it mean by peace.Expectations are something which are mainly responsible for the grief. So does it mean that we should leave expecting? Nope, life will stop running without expectations. Then what and it's also the major attack on our false self that we expect something from others and it doesn't fulfil. Means Self is also made up for some expectations. Self esteem is a different thing. Lets find the difference by this example, let's assume we are at a railway station where some one comes and ask for some food or money, whatever. Then we just watch at him and turn our face in different direction. The person who was expecting from you is going to ask for another time and then he will leave and go for another one. He is not going to feel any disgust or anything like anger. That is because he has no self. But he may have the self esteem. Because self esteem doesn't stops you to beg, it's your 'self' which stops you to beg. Buddhist monks live on alms, it doesn't mean that they don't have self esteem. They have super self esteem but they don't have one thing that is the self. Many of the times conditions trap you in a way that you have to secure yourself by showing aggression or oppose. I'm not saying we should start begging but we should start differentiating between the ego and the self esteem. Ego is the false value of self where you expect the value in others eyes but self esteem is the value in our own eyes and ultimately in others eyes. Because they are no different from you. As we are trying to find the definitions of conflict and their reason so the definition of conflict in my way is that when situations start attacking you try to torn you. The main reason behind this your comfort zone. The people who live in super comfort are going to define every little situation as conflict. Where the people who face little super discomfort are going to neglect little conflicts. So this all is about your comfort zone. When the area increases the joy decreases.
Guilt is something we find when there is a gap, the gap between your actual and ideal self. The gap between actual and ought self is the failure. So the point is this gap. Only solution to guilt and the failure is to diminish this gap. This gap can only be reduced by efforts and efforts should be in perfect direction, to find this perfect dimension there is again need of efforts. This is the thing where situations traps you and now you need better understanding for right direction to choose. Because understanding is the only way to choose better direction.
Better understanding needs your better watchfulness and watchfulness is something which gets strength by meditation. Finally the point comes to the meditation. Here watchfulness not only meant for outwards but also for inwards. Hence to understand this trap, to diminish that gap, and to find that direction to work for; the Way is sharpen the seeking and seeking can be sharpened by Dhyana.
