Be Balanced

Stress, anxiety, imbalance in emotions, attachments, and so many types of mental difficulties, which you may feel in future. How can we handle them?
Your this action will define your future. Right. Ofcourse right..
See when you feel you're not getting the value or esteem which you deserve , according to you. This will be resulted in anger or imbalance.
What should be the mindset?
How can we tackle every type of situation in our life?

Actually today we have some extension lecture on importance of mathematics in many aspects of jobs. where a mathematician is required.
That time I felt my temperature is raising gradually and also my heart beat is beating rapidly. It was because, I want to speak something in English to the instructor. But there's a fear to speak wrong and hence the anxiety opened up. Now I've decided to not to speak anything and it held me back again. See there's always a fear of failure. We all must go above this. How can we do this and how can we play our life game with best of our capabilities?
Actually I don't know enough but always there'll be a solution as I'm a spiritual seeker and feel myself as one of the caretaker of this universe. Probably it may be funny but whatever I've to feel it. So before performing any action I've to make sure that the every action is taking birth from my very center and also I know the center is settled on infinite.
Sadhguru says, if we want to solve any problem we've to go to its very center so that we can root it out ..
So what's the reason behind your anxiety is your fear to be fun for others.
So, now understand this simply we need to understand this that if we want to have great words from others for you then you should always be ready to have their criticism and if you're truly a seeker and want to be better in that particular area then you have to cope over your this fear .

Simply I was trying to speak and there was not a simple chance you've got , actually I got the chance but I was not ready. Another thing which you need to understand is the fear to lose that is, in this the thing is actually not yours. Yes you will lose that thing definitely a day because you will not be there forever......
Accept this truth and start enjoying your this moment by planning by performing and one and more important thing make the use of whatever you have and try to be best out of it or try to make best out it.
Your behaviour you action must reflect you truth. The purity of your intentions. So next time when ever I will face this type if situation I'll try to feel enjoy and perform the best reaction to this. I'll find some tools to develop you best in this week and share it on Sunday till then be happy be compassionate. Love you all so much.
