HELLO GUYS, YOUR AND MY WAIT IS OVER
TODAY'S TOPIC: "WHAT IS MEDITATION?"
Let's get started instead of wasting a single second. So take a deep breath and read...
You may have heard about meditation and its powers. You might've tried to get into the process, but 99% of people don't get into it because they find it boring and leave it behind. But that's not the actuality, guys. Meditation is so interesting that you won't be able to get away from it.
It may be your first question: "What's the process? What do I need to do in the beginning?" The answer is quite simple: "nothing." Yes, friends, you need to do nothing first. And that's the point—how can a person remain without doing anything? We can't remain without thinking at least.
You may think how bogus that is. Let's understand the condition by taking a little example. Suppose your mind is a turbulent lake. Can you see its depths? The answer is simple: NO. But if this lake gets quiet, the answer is YES—if the water of the lake is clear.
Similarly, if the waves of your mind—the unconditional thoughts—will be quiet, you can see the depths of yourself. I define meditation as the process of getting more and more awareness, more consciousness, and more mindfulness.
When you sit down on the floor with a stretched spine like Buddha or like anyone else you like—but it ought not to be a most relaxing state because it may lead you to sleep, which will be a different condition. As said by Dandapani, "Where the awareness goes, the energy flows." So you need to keep your awareness on a particular point. It may be in the middle of your eyes, or you can choose another method like breathing exercises. These exercises are just practices of concentration—meditation isn't started yet. So these exercises will collect your whole energy from different places wherever your awareness has gone.
When you feel that you've cleared all concerns of your mind, it means you've reached much further. Now your mind's lake is quiet, and you can see the depths. Now, by using your intellect and your wisdom, you can direct your energy into the right direction. Whatever you want, you can have—just learn to collect and reallocate your energy.
Great scientist Nikola Tesla said, "If you want to know the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." We'll proceed further in the next post. You'll need to wait for that. We'll be with a new topic in the next post.
At last, thank you so much for reading my complete blog.
