Suffering and its reason 2

In the first part of this article we found the essense of Buddhist four noble truths where this time we are going to explore the talk, which was going about the embodiment of dvine as human and hurdles which stop the path in between. We discussed a little about the Kama.
Next is the Krodha, agression in another words. Why does it appear and should it be blocked. For one thing I am very sure, if you are thinking these defilements as actual defilements and trying to force yourself to not to do these. You are going against the nature but when you will be at that level of understanding where you are going to find all these things as waste, then you will have no need to stop these reactions of you. Yes, they are reactions, the very reactions of actions which had taken place before them. One more fact is these are not my words these are the words of Osho and I agree with him there.
So agression is also the reaction of you, the reason is again this ego, the Identity of you and its size. I found very little agression when I was a small boy with small identity and there I was completely away from the thing called as anger.  I don't say there was no Krodha there but its trigger was not a easy thing to get. Now its trigger is on the top. No one need to find it. It is something related to the expectation and expectations not of you but of your ego. Suppose you are a simple boy or girl, no one pay any attention to you, for now it's okay but when you become the head of some Department or go to any deemed post. Here you will expect everyone to respect you and suppose here in this scenario, a person far lower to you designation wise, doesn't even look at you. This time you are going to have a level of flow in your body and this flow is called the Krodha, but when you know you should not do Krodha then this Krodha is going to change in grief but in something for sure. Because energy has started its path and it can only be transformed but not destroyed. The only solution is this flow should not appear and your mental peace is going to remain the same. Hence the Krodha is there and hence its reason, then its cessation and finally the way of its cessation. So we reached at its recognition and cause. Now, we have to understand the availability of its cessation and finally the way that lead to its cessation. Watching the Buddha we can estimate the possibility that there is no agression in any way at his face. Now what was the way, what was the reason. The reason may be his enlightenment and wisdom which he acquired in the left life as a monk. He has gone through the all ways without actual went of his. He has understood the relevancy of this very feeling by looking at its core.
This was a little about the Krodha.
Now let's look 'Lobh' Lobh is also the Laalach and when you are greedy of having more. Is it defilement? What do you think? It doesn't harm anybody else still is it the defilement? Yes, this is. Because it harms you and your consciousness also snatches your time and mental peace. So why is important to have mental peace is, because when our 'Chitta' will be a peaceful place then we will be able to get the vision of that thorn which is lying inside this lake of mind.
Moha is the attachment and also the reason for another type of pain. Everything which was never been connected and now it is connected, the possibility that it can be broken is always there and hence the possibility of pain. This could not be the defilement but when it is understood wrongly then it is the defilement. When you recognise some particular identity as yours and doesn't care about the another. Then this is the wrong recognition and true recognition can be brought by the wisdom and clarity of consciousness.
Guys we understood about two more hurdles and left will be done with the upcoming blog.

Suffering and its reason

Pain and pleasure are the states which happen with human in many ways and at many circumstances. We understood a little about the pain, also about the pleasure. Beside having the flow of some fluids in our body they also depend upon the recognition of human and hence the results of our own circumstances as well as inspirations. Pain is mainly of two type as we know. One is our physical pain, which is the result of some damage or cut to our body. Another is the mental pain which is the actual suffering and Buddha in his whole philosophy describes about this pain and call it the suffering. So before proceeding further let's reflect the four noble truths of Buddha
1st, Yes this world is the home of suffering, because the possibility to have damage to our body depends upon its size and similarly damage to our mental peace depends upon the size of our ego. The size of ego is the main reason that people lose their lives by suicide as they feel it so heavy that they could not hold it any more and without any identity human can not even survive and this very identity is the ego itself.
2nd, If there is suffering than there must be some reason or cause to this suffering.
3rd if there is suffering than there must be end of this suffering.
4th, if there is the end then there must be some way or path that lead to the end of this suffering.
So if we are clear, what is suffering, than only we will be able to reach at the cessation of it.
kama, Krodh, Lobha, Moha, Irshya, Ahamkaar are the main things which are the poisons as per the scriptures and according to them if they will be removed from a human. This human will be the actual embodiment of that divine. How much is it true and how much is it false? This question should always be answered by our intuition. The whole life when we tend it towards the meditation it becomes divine in its own. So before going further let's understand each of these terms one by one.
First what should be the divine experience; divine means overflow, in my understanding. The overflow of love, wisdom, care and every type of positive feeling that a human can experience while being human. The person who only shares the wisdom, love, care and solutions,
Once a person came to Buddha and at that instant he just spat on his face. Buddha cleaned his face and in peace opened his eyes. At that instant Ananda became very angry and sought the permission of Buddha to hit that stupid but Buddha didn't permitted and he understood the words which were expressed through his action despite from mouth. It was the clear indication that He doesn't love Buddha rather he hate him. The reason may be difference of ideology but when Buddha asked him about his situation than he felt satisfied from each of his single word. Than that hate transformed into the love and respect. Similar is the case with us, we all experience many types of happenings but all of those don't express the same experiences, rather diversity of happenings define their own experiences, but the type may be the same. So a Buddha never use anyone else but if it is the requirement of him too, than it may be exchanged. So this divine experience will be there only when we will be able to have the complete access of this body and the mind.
I know we did not completely understood about  the divine experience but just a little foundation was been settled there, actually it's good first to set the foundation so that the building can stand over it.
Let's understand about the so called poison which are natural actually but we don't even want the natural poisons:
Kama: We understood this from the story of Mahadeva where the very divine identity was meditating and suddenly Kama attacked on his heart with an arrow then Shiva opened his eye and burnt that Kama in that instant. This story can be seen from many aspects, the best aspect to look this is Kama was the natural force which was trying to enable Shiva for sexual activity or the nature was trying to reproduce as per its rule. But Shiva opened his third eye and burnt Kama means he understood the very beginning of that feeling where is it getting it's birth from. Kama was the strong feeling and good thing is it doesn't come on its own. It wants some trigger to activate the very process and when it is very srong than even a single and most little trigger can activate this. The possibility goes down in the state of meditation as at that time we are aware what is going to happen and what this thought will be resulted in. That's why some Buddhist always laughed so much because they had made it as a reminder to be in touch with the meditation. Kama is mainly defined as the sexual attraction of our physique towards these types of activities.
Guys that's all for today we will dive better in the next blog so till next be happy keep learning.

Travelling with Meditation

Before I begin let's reflect the truth that we are mortals and whatever we are gaining with this hardwork, this all is going to be slipped out of our hands, mostly religious text says this world as Mithya. Then what is the truth and what we should pursue? This life itself becomes meaningless when we find that this doesn't actually belong to us. What is life? and what is living?
The whole cosmos becomes the question mark. When this happens, Osho says this is the starting of actual journey of ours. So here we will try to shed a little light in this infinite darkness. Yes, this is the infinite darkness and this is a never ending darkness. The only way to escape this darkness is to become the light itself. But that doesn't mean the disappearance of the darkness of the whole but little and being capable of watching at least the forward scene.
So what is happiness and what is sorrow?
Osho says, when you are in complete presence and you feel and experience the moment than you find the real essence of this moment. Whether it was a moment of happiness or the moment of sorrow. It continues in this way that only in the complete presence you are able to determine that the experience was bad or good. What does it mean by being in the complete presence? whose presence? we are already there. Actually when we experience any moment we feel the moment we may be there physically but there is another things which is called as chitta in yogic culture and consciousness in english. By being in complete presence, we may mean doing the experience of that moment with the complete consciousness and when we are with our complete consciousness with no dimention of this consciousness away, we get the essence. Here the idea of sorrow and joy disappears and only the idea of relevance as well as irrelevance left. Momentary pleasure may lead to the disappointment to the common people but people with vast understanding understand this and know the depths of it. Then only they decide the relevancy as well as irrelevancy of that thing or experience.
Travelling with meditation is the ultimate name given to the very path of this life. Where, we are travelling towards the death and here in this path we are doing all these items to get ourselves engaged and when we do not have the enough potential to know the truth then we draw our own truth but this made truth is always fade against the actual truth.
What is then the actual truth? This may be the question which made Siddhartha as Buddha himself. Normal person which has transformed in the Buddha the enlightened one and who became the  famous preacher of his truth. The ultimate. So asking ourselves, what is the truth? Understanding this in our own level of understanding, truth is the something like transparent and which make you relax. Which provides  you the deep relaxation in your soul.
For example, when I say my fingers are typing and then I found that I am not my fingers further nor my mind nor consciousness and finally I find myself as nothing and still can not deny the existence. So it can be truth that we are nothing and ultimately the whole existence. We don't know whether this every molecule has the consciousness of its own or not. It may be, but we are not actually completely sure. If it would be then I will say myself as the pure Brahma, who never born and never dies and who was there always, will be there always. But if this whole game of consciousness is just the pure game of reactions between the molecules than I will say I never existed and every type of this game is purely mithya. This game of understanding actually fluctuates between and when we are very sure, when there will be no fluctuation then it will be the existence of truth.
so guys thats all for today

Mithya 2.0

We understood about the hindi word "Mithya". The beauty of it and it's use. I think now I am perfectly able to understand the word "Mithya". So let's repeat its form again. Here when someone watch a rope lying in the dark, he scream and say, "stop there is snake and tell another one not to go there." Will you say the person was lying? Absolutely no, because he is true in himself, but not completely. Here comes the role of Mithya because he was neither lying nor saying the truth. So this statement is called the "mithya" and the very experience which the person had, was "mithya aabhaasha". This happens many times when we are very sure about the results, which we had watched but they comes in another way after some time. Understanding is important and this comes by being conscious here also comes the role of experiences as well as intelligence. Intelligence may be described as our analytical ability to do the work and also the decision making on the basis of imagination and seems like real experiences. So, could we do the same after realising that it may be Mithya? Obviously yes, because Mithya abhaas only happens in darkness and when there is no darkness there is no Mithya. Darkness can be of many forms, because darkness is the hurdle in our visionary processes and since we see not just through our eyes, we see also via our mind, experiences and many more senses. Here seeing is also described as the watching and watching is taking the experiences when we watch it not just only means via eyes but our consciousness also have the eyes and these eyes watch clearer than any other eye. Because it doesn't take energy in watching and hence it is the fundamental process. When Buddha watch with closed eyes people said he is able to watch the ultimate and ultimate is the truth. So, truth is when there is no other opponent. Truth is not just the words said out of mouth. It is also in the way you hold the life within you. How much truthful you are is that which define your stillness of the mind. The more you are still in the mind the more you are clear about the vision and hence decision will be according to the truth and not the mithya. Every decision, if we want to make it better, should be according to not just out of vision but also the experiences and wisdom which is another name of intelligence. Decision will be optimal if you will have better eyes to watch less clutter to deflect the consciousness and optimal brain for better intelligent functioning.

Philosophy

Philosophy, I don't understand much about it but something is there which I will want to explore about. Word itself doesn't describe much but something. In hindi the philosopher is Darshnik and Darshnik is the person who want to see the world according to his Idea or the world should be his Idea or visionary we can say. Life itself of ours is the idea of someone. It's very true and there is nothing wrong in this. A few people are responsible for the world war itself. That is the power of Idea and this power get it's form from the words. This idea when expressed in the people, which type of words is it wearing, matters most and defiled costume of words can spread misconceptions. That's why it's important to go through the words again before making them public or we can find our aura, what we are and what our words can be influenced in. A philosopher is always a visionary and might not live in the present. That may be a losing moment for him, but it's very true. Osho don't call himself the philosopher but the meditator and meditator is not always a philosopher. Life is beautiful with changes and philosophy gives you bounds and these bounds are responsible for the loss of your creativity. Osho differentiate his words from the philosophy and we find it's hard to understand Osho but gradually we become able to understand him and our very idea becomes like lost. We lose the Idea and hence we also lose the mind. Logic should be there, don't worry I'm not talking about the physical mind but the idea of mind the 'Mana'. Mana is also a illusion and which seems to be real but when we are actually aware, it loses its idea itself. So Osho says, 'I am not a Philosopher but the watcher'. He says that he has developed the watchfulness and not the philosophy because human need not develope it's own philosophy. Nature and life itself is the philosophy itself and we need not develope our own but understand the already present philosophy. Now you may say, 'It means all these big philosophers are fool.' I don't say this but they are definitely the people who did not believe in the already running situations and hence made a big difference, also there is nothing wrong in this. It may also be the part of that supreme philosophy. Here we are to watch the word philosophy in a close look and hence try to explore our idea of watchfulness. One more thing, with the expressions of mine, I also want to learn something in my own and hence some points may left blank without any clear image. So our understanding is just like construction of a building which always should have a perfect base and when we find  our construction is complete then we say that we developed the philosophy. It means this building can be down any time and without any great force. So the choosing of base require a great ability to watch the perfect material. Hence point come to meditation and watchfulness is the another name of mindfulness we can say.  So philosophy and mindfulness could be linked but one thing which is fundamental as well as different is that Mindfulness is far from the words where philosophy is the game of words only and when this mindfulness is connected with the philosophy then it becomes the wisdom. Clear watching is an art and we all should learn this. Osho believes in watching more than the philosophy and replies that watchfulness is the basis and philosophy is the bi product. Watchfulness is also the basis of every type of understanding. Awareness itself is the key to meditation or watchfulness. Here by watchfulness eye am not talking about the action of watching via the eyes but the watching through the consciousness. When we lose eyes, t doesn't mean that we have lost the eyes of consciousness or the consciousness is the eye itself and also the doer who does the action of watching. Here at there I watch through my eyes but there is something else who is responsible for recognising the very watching itself. That is our consciousness. Here via these line I spread the philosophy, because here I don't know why the word consciousnes was used for that entity but word was used and still in use.
So guys this is all for today, till next be happy keep learning. Be curious reflect the understanding enhance the watchfulness, cover the whole and final will be the understanding vast.
